“[S]ometimes as a lawyer… we have to pick up and just do the work or find another student who can do the work. They conflict constantly and with no easy solutions… I have my professional regulator which I have to respond to and I owe duties to and control my ability to practice law. But then I also have my employer which is a university and an educational institution and they want me to certainly prioritizing the education of students. But they also don’t want the clients that we serve to be terribly served or to have their files mishandled. They want me to do both optimally perfect at all times as well and it can just be a real struggle.” (9)
