It’s such a competitive environment… it’s really good see how excited they are to be in a non-competitive learning environment [like the clinic] where it’s about more than just themselves. It’s not about you and your grade here and if you’re going to get like an A to get the best articling position… [I[t’s a good perspective builder but also it’s good to see students appreciate the non-competitive nature like they can all help each other out, because it’s pass-fail and it’s about the best outcomes for clients.” (16)
