“Staffing is an issue. Again, there’s only one lawyer in this clinic and the support staff is shared between my clinic and another clinic. I get appointed to an admin person. All of the responsibilities for running the clinic and running the service and managing the actual program for the students is done by 1.2 people and our contracts, or my contract anyways, is for—full-time contract is for 35 hours a week. It’s pretty—it’s an impossible task. You can’t really do this job in 35 hours, but every clinic here is like that and I think every director would say pretty much the same thing.” (Clinic Supervisor, 4)
